My good food blog is my space where I can just write about food-related things that matter to me and that might just help or interest other people. Sometimes it may be little snippets of information I’ve gleaned but other times I might impart useful foodie tips and the occasional recipe. As you already know, I am passionate about healthy eating, am loving this conversion to more plant-based meals and am very keen that we do all we can to save the planet. Plant-based Proteins

Plant-based proteins are the way forward to help our planet but unlike meat, fish and dairy, plant-based ones are not ‘complete’ proteins. This means each vegetable protein does not contain all the essential amino acids our body needs for growth and repair.
